Our preferred payment method is online payments via Paypal as it provides instant payment, however we are also happy to accept personal cheques, bankers draft or postal orders.
All the items listed are available for bulk or wholesale purchases. Please feel free to post detailed inquiry via email or telephone. We would also do our best to source the herbal products that are not listed for you.
Overseas orders are welcome. We prefer receiving online payments for those orders, but would also accept bank transfers and other forms of money transfer- please contact us for bank account details. Postage and Packaging
Same day dispatch! And you only pay postage once for no matter how many items you purchase! Please see detailed information below:
The items you have purchased will be shipped on the same workingday, if payment is received before 12pm, by Royal Mail, Parcelforce or other courier services, depending on the size, weight and region the product is to be dispatched to. We always obtain tracking reference or proof of posting. Please note that the postage quoted covers more than a simple stamp.
The current delivery time is as follows:
First class postage - up to three days, if ordered before 12pm your order will be dispatched first class via royal mail on the day of purchase. Royal mail first class postage takes 1-2 days.
Second class postage - up to five days, if ordered before 12pm your order will be dispatched second class via royal mail on the day of purchase. Royal mail second class postage takes 1-3 days.
Courier - For large orders, please select the courier option for postage. The parcel should then be delivered 2-3 days later.
If for any reason your parcel doesn't arrive, please contact us and we will file a claim with the Royal Mail/Courier.
Typical postages for the UK mainland and overseas (only for the first item, no more charges for subsequent items):
Royal Mail 1st class standard UK: £2.50
Royal Mail 1st class recorded UK: £3.30
Europe by Airmail: £3.50
International Airmail (Outside Europe): £4.50
FREE delivery for order amount more than £60.00
If you would select first or second class postage for a large order, it is at our discretion whether we will charge you the extra postage for the courier to come and collect it, or cancel your order. So please bear this in mind when placing your order, or contact us first.
Returns Policy
In an unlikely event that a return is requested, all returns must include all original items unopened, in re-saleable condition, and all original packaging including information sheet etc. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred for sending products back. Terms and Conditions
